People Manager (HR) required on a part time basis. Working 24 hours per week (some flexibility with how these are worked). With responsibility for the employee lifecycle ensuring the organisation has the right people with the right skills in place to support the current and future needs of the business. This is a standalone HR role reporting to the CEO covering all aspects of HR including admin with a focus on recruitment and retention. Collaborating with managers in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with demonstrable experience of working in a commercially focussed HR team and have strong and up to date knowledge of employment law.
Based in Horsham, West Sussex. Salary £40k - £45k pa (pro rata).
