Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager required to join busy retail business in Aldershot. With overall responsibility for supporting and deputising for the Store Manager in managing and developing the business to maximise sales and achieve agreed sales and profit targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to develop into their first Assistant Management role.

Assisting the manager in all aspects of stock management and the management of team, guiding and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on the Company vision.

Great working hours and no Saturdays.

Salary c£24k plus bonus and benefits.
