  • The story so far...

Having spent nearly 20 years in the recruitment industry with over 15 of these years working for a number of recruitment companies, I came to realise that the majority of recruitment agencies were very target-driven sales environments. Most had the candidate experience low down on their list of priorities and good quality client service was often sacrificed in favour of aggressive sales techniques, KPI's and statistics. I believed there was a need for an alternative, and a gap in the market, so I founded Crystal People in 2015.

During the years I've worked in recruitment, I believe it has changed dramatically and I've learned that if you are honest, really understand your clients & candidates, and ensure things remain clear and transparent, successful partnerships will develop.

With extensive experience across a number of business functions, including Office Services, Call and Contact Centre, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Accountancy & Finance and IT Support, Crystal People Consultancy can offer you a 'non-corporate', cost-effective, personal recruitment experience, where the focus is placed on the needs of both the client and the candidate.
