Case Management Assistant required for case handling department.
Working with case management experts to provide assistance to companies clients on complaints and regulatory and disciplinary matters. Duties will include assessing the initial case to determine the appropriate case handling strategy, allocating tasks and recording the agreed approach. Providing support and assistance on case management, liaising with members and panel lawyers, drafting correspondence, creating letters of instruction, and updating case statuses. Using CRM to support case management. Providing effective and proactive assistance to the team, message-taking, checking and co-ordinating file-related post and dealing with correspondence.
Knowledge of professional regulatory frameworks, medical or dental terminology is ideal and previous experience of assisting with file or case handling is an advantageous.
Salary £18k - £22.5k pa. Based In Leeds.
