Customer Service Advisor required for organsisation in Leeds with great opportunities for career progression. Working within the a small contact centre providing a first class service to their clients through various communication channels.
Providing exceptional customer service duties, taking ownership of client enquiries managing them through to earliest possible resolution, ensuring an efficient service at all times. Updating the database in order to reflect each individual clients circumstances. Acting as first point of reference for complaint / dispute resolution. Ensure any expression of dissatisfaction is reported in line with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and customer service experience ideally contact centre but will also consider retail based and must be computer literate.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday on a 13 week rota shift between 8am – 6.30pm. 37.5 hours per week (no weekend working).
Salary £19,401 increasing to £20,865 after probation plus 12% company pension contribution (3% from the individual), Annual bonus scheme up to 10% (for permanent roles), Private Medical Insurance, Health Care Cash Plan and 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
