Maintenance Manager required in Leeds, West Yorkshire to oversee and carry out day to day maintenance activity across our clients site in order to ensure that the office is safe for visitors and colleagues. In addition, this role supports Business Continuity and Health & Safety activity.
Great opportunity for experienced multi-skilled individual (ideally with an electrical bias) to join this newly created role within the organisation.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of work planning, material control and maintenance techniques, experience of working with PPM and reactive maintenance. IOSH/NEBOSH. International experience. Experience of mentoring or training others. Strong IT skills. Commercial awareness - a good understanding of business challenges.
Salary up to £45k pa plus great benefits package.
