Customer Service Advisors required in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Working for a great organisation within their small contact centre environment (remotely to start with) you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties will include taking ownership of enquiries and managing them through to the earliest possible resolution and making sure all actions are recorded on the relevant database. Acting as a first point of contact for complaints, issues and disputes. Ensuring any expression of dissatisfaction is reported in line with root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Working in collaboration with other business areas when needed to ensure a first class service is provided.
Successful candidates will need to be able to start on 19th April and no annual leave can be accommodated during the first 4 weeks as there is a comprehensive training schedule during this time.
Ideal applicants will have previous customer service experience from within a contact centre or face to face environment. Due to the nature of the customer service queries the role can be complex at times so the ability to retain lots of new information is vital. Confidence will be required in talking to customers over the phone and by written methods too, computer literacy is essential. Empathy and emotional intelligence are also key in handling stressful situations.
Working Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 6.30pm.
Starting salary £19,500 pa, pension, annual bonus, health care cash plan, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
