Assistant Store Manager required for a successful retail business in Tunbridge Wells. This is a great opportunity for an individual with proven supervisory / assistant management experience within a retail environment to join this busy team.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Store Manager with the overall responsibility of managing and developing the business in order to maximise sales and achieve targets along with stock management and management of the team.
Salary is up to £22k pa plus OTE and benefits. Great working hours (no Saturdays).
