IT Systems Manager

IT Systems Manager required for business near Horsham, West Sussex.

This is an opportunity for someone with previous experience to join a company with great career prospects and personal development.

The main purpose of the role will be to lead, oversee and implement changes, upgrades, installations and improvements to the businesses software systems and to support and automate the company’s business needs, analysing further opportunities to improve the IT systems on a continuous basis, facilitating a program of ongoing efficiency improvements.

Having previously worked within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have manufacturing ERP systems management and development as well as a high aptitude for understanding and learning new software packages and the ability to understand end business processes is essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary £ dependent on experience / negotiable.
