Senior Customer Service Administrator required for business near Horsham, West Sussex.

The successful applicant will have previous Customer Service Administration experience and duties will include receiving incoming customer communications via phone, written and email which will include orders, enquiries and complaints and ensuring they are correctly executed in accord with the company’s procedures and policies. Implementation of improvements and new customer experience initiatives plus assistance in the delivery of customer experience programs will also be included.
