Client Relationship Manager required to join expanding business to partner with leading clients’ brands across telecoms, utilities, broadband, insurance and other sectors.
Providing outsourced services to clients including outbound sales, B2B, B2C, inbound sales, lead generation, sales through service and customer service.
The main purpose of the role will require you to build and develop relationships with new and existing clients, explore further opportunities and deliver client satisfaction.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in outsourcing operations to ensure clients are receiving the expected levels of service, delivery and success.
Based in Sheffield. Working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
Salary £35k - £45k pa plus benefits.
